Has an adjacent car park with a combination lock on the gate.
The lake is approx. 3 acres with an island, 2 sets of refuges and a floating island. Fishing is around the lake with the exception of the top right hand end, which is only shallow and regarded as a nature reserve, but baits can easily be cast over to this area from both sides of the lake.

The remainder of the water is between 3ft and 7ft deep and holds a big head of small fish with skimmers to 8 ounce, roach, perch and gudgeon with maggot fishing normally resulting in a bite every put in during the warmer months. There are also better bream to over 6lbs plus a few tench to 4 lbs. and the carp although not easy to catch are a good size with a few fish over 20 lbs.
